Innovafin, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Marta C. Zamora to deliver the best financial services to companies and individuals across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

Marta C. Zamora is a pioneer in the business valuation profession in Central America.

Ms. Zamora has contributed to the financial valuations, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions of some of the most important companies in Central America, including oil and gas companies, electricity companies, and universities. She has served as an intermediary between Central American companies seeking to be sold and has helped bridge the gap between those companies and investors in Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

Fifteen years ago, she founded her own company, INNOVAFIN, based in Miami, Florida, to help companies and business owners throughout the Latin American region obtain expert financial advice. Her two primary areas of expertise are financial valuation and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Zamora’s practice is focused on delivering the highest level of professional advice while maintaining an ethical and confidential environment for every client.

Ms. Zamora is a pioneer in the business valuation profession in Central America.

Ms. Zamora began her career at a leading regional financial group, where she rose to serve as CEO of its Investment Banking Company — overseeing M&A operations across eleven countries in the Americas.

She obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst license from NACVA in 2001 and has recertified every three years since, staying current with the newest valuation methodologies and standards.

In 2011, she founded Innovafin, Inc. to bring the best standard of practice to individual clients and companies of every size. Fifteen years later, that commitment to excellence continues to define every engagement.
